Keep an eye on your medicine cabinet. When your medication has gone over the date, please return it to your pharmacist. This is the right way to dispose of expired medication.

I know many people just dump old medication in the toilet. If you do this, it will end up in our water supply and eventually you’ll be drinking it. You don’t want to throw it in the garbage, either. First, because someone could fish it out and that could have bad consequences. Second, if your old medication ends up in a garbage dump, it can eventually end up in our water supply - again.
