TheMessWeMade.com Was Specifically Designed for YOU (and here’s why)
I am tired of looking around and seeing parents struggling to keep their kids from getting bored. Even with copious amounts of toys, their children just can’t seem to keep from asking to watch TV or play on their tablet. I have no judgment towards letting kids have some screen time because let’s face it, sometimes we just need a heckin break and man does screen time allow that. But, so many people are struggling with their kids having TOO MUCH screen time, and there just hasn’t been a solid resource created to help them encourage their children to play independently and ditch the screen time battle.
So I decided to build it. Let me explain the what’s, why’s, and how’s right now.
TheMessWeMade Was Designed for Busy and Tired Moms
Whether you are a stay-at-home momma that is exhausted from running around with your littles all day or a full-time working momma who’s tired feet just need a break, the last thing you want to do at the end of the day is listen to your kiddos screaming over which show to watch or who gets the tablet first. You have all of these wonderful toys in your home that you had hoped would entertain them. But for some reason, these toys just appear to be exploding out of their bins and finding their way into every room in the house. Basically making it look like Toys R Us (RIP) dumped it’s final stash of toys in your home.
Unfortunately, MORE toys is not what kiddos need. I am creating TheMessWeMade to not only share my experiences as a momma, but to help parents help their kids learn to play independently. I’ll provide tools to help you keep your home as clean as it can be with kids (HAHA!) as well as help you create a space you can come to for quick and easy crafts/activities that will allow your child to explore and create and allow you that down time that we desperately need.
